Rainbow Cupcakes

 Whip up a batch of these colorful cupcakes for St. Patrick's Day



What you'll need:
-White Cake Mix
-Rainbow Colors Food Coloring
- 6 Medium Bowls
-White Cupcake Liners





 -Mix the cake batter according to the package directions.

-Divide the batter equally into 6 bowls.

-Mix the 6 colors into the 6 bowls of batter.




-Layer the colored batter in the white cupcake liners.   Use a spoon to gently spread the batter too the edges.

-Start with the last color of the rainbow and work up.  (Purple, Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange then Red)

-Bake cupcakes according to cake mix directions.

-When cupcakes have cooled, frost them with white frosting.

I'm going to use this idea when we are learning about Noah's Ark and the Rainbow God put in the sky! How cute are these!!!
