Halloween Ghost - Mashed Potato Beef Cups!

Food
Your family will enjoy sculpting their own spooky spirits for dinner!

What you'll need:
-One Buttermilk Biscuit Tube
-One pound Ground Beef
-2 cups Spaghetti Sauce
-Instant Mashed Potatoes
-One can Black Beans
The how to:
-Cook Ground beef until no longer pink. (Add diced onion and veggies if desired) Then add 2 cups spaghetti sauce and mix, heating thoroughly. Set aside.

- Spray the muffin pan with grease. Press the buttermilk biscuit dough in the bottom and up the sides of each muffin cup.
-Spoon meat into each cup and bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until biscuit dough is golden brown. (After cups are cooked, sprinkle cheese over meat if desired.)

-While cups are baking make mashed potatoes. 4-5 cups prepared mashed potatoes.

-Place a spoonful of mashed potatoes on top of each meat cup. Shape potatoes into the shape of a ghost. (My children really had fun shaping their own ghosts!) Use the black beans for the eyes.

-That's it! They are ready to eat!
