Jack O' Lantern Chicken Pie

Fun Food

This tasty Chicken Pie will help set the Halloween mood!

What you'll need:

- Two 9 inch Pie Crust (Homemade or Store bought)
-One 12oz. Package of Frozen Mixed Vegetables
-One can Cream of Chicken soup
-1/2 cup Sour Cream
-1/2 tsp. Garlic Salt
-1/2 tsp. Season Salt
-1/4 cup Milk
-One 12.5oz. can of Chicken Breast

The how to:
-In a large bowl mix Cream of Chicken soup, Sour Cream, Mixed Vegetables (Frozen), Garlic Salt, Season Salt and canned Chicken Breast. Mix by hand until well blended.

-Unroll one pie crust and press into the bottom of a 9 inch pie plate. Pour Vegetable mixture into pie crust and spread until level.. Place the second pie crust over top of mixture and trim off any crust hanging over sides. Seal crust by pinching crust together all around the pie plate.

-Using a sharp knife, carve a Jack O' Lantern face into the crust. Leave the pieces in their places. Crack one egg into a bowl and scramble it. Paint the egg onto the crust everywhere except the insides of the face. (The egg will help the crust turn a nice golden brown)

-Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 40 min. or until golden brown.

I was totally there to help put this little master piece together! Just thought I would claim some of the fame. It tasted delicious too!

I just made mine without reading your instructions first and had to put all the little pieces back in. Hope it looks as cute as yours when I'm done!
